High Pressure Booster Compression Packages
Designed for 1 well to boost gas lift oil production volumes similar to ESP’s:
- 3306 TAA Engine Drivers
- ~50 to 2100 Psig version
- ~900 to 2400-4500 Psig version
Misc. Items
Gas engine drive specific:
- On board fuel gas scrubber
- Flooded and heated scrubber skirts (to reduce condensate line freezing)
Design parameters:
- Coolers - 110°F ambient temp with 5% extra duty
- 3000’ elevation
- Typical ~20 F ambient 24/7 operation capability without freezing. Done without methanol or hot has bypass system
All packages get precise and reliable louver control on both sides of gas cooling coils. Louver controlled on a per stage basis on 1200 Hp and larger units.
Packages over 1500 Hp have Kim Hot starts as standard. Smaller packages are optional.
