Safety Approach

Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. has a proactive safety culture and commitment to compliance with all applicable safety/environmental laws and regulations within the areas of our operation. We commit to conduct all operations in a manner which promotes safety and avoids risk to our employees, our neighbors, and the environment. We believe we will not achieve safety excellence without a personal commitment from each of us to make the right decision to protect our future and the future of their families. This commitment extends beyond the workplace, and we desire to ensure safety is a way of life for everyone at NGS. Safety is personal and we will partner with our customers to ensure our safety systems and approach align to best serve all stakeholders.

Safety Leadership

All levels of management are responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and for assuring that all safety precautions and practices are followed. In assuming that responsibility, all levels of management will be held accountable for recognizing, preventing and correcting unsafe risks. Safety leadership is expected of all employees which are required to actively support our Safety and Health efforts. Our employees’ commitment to safety makes the difference.

Safety Training

All new employees to NGSG will attend all required new hire training to include SAFELAND. All new employees receive a mentor who will work daily to ensure job tasks and safety requirements are supported and understood. In addition, we conduct monthly safety meetings focused on safety topics from both the workplace and home.
